Hitachi Energy in Barcelona seeks a Senior Application Support Analyst to troubleshoot and support our cloud-based solutions (SQL and Azure) used across manufacturing units. You will work with developers, document solutions, and ensure systems are up to date.

The role requires 4–6 years in Azure configuration or development, strong MS SQL experience, and excellent communication. You will mentor a team of analysts and contribute to testing, release, and hyper-care of new functionality.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 4-6 years of Azure configuration or development experience.
• Experience with MS SQL-based applications.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software systems.
• Document and communicate solutions to clients and internal teams.
• Maintain and improve standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with developers to identify and resolve software bugs.
• Ensure software systems are up to date and functioning properly.
• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of analysts to achieve quotas.
