UST in Spain is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge business and technology, delivering cloud-based solutions and aligning stakeholders and technical teams. Strong English is required for collaboration with global teams.

The role emphasizes elicitation, documentation, and end-to-end lifecycle management, with exposure to Azure cloud services and AI-driven capabilities as the organization scales its cloud adoption.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong requirements elicitation and documentation skills.
• Experience with Azure Cloud Services and cloud-native designs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full requirements lifecycle from elicitation to refinement.
• Ensure clear, testable requirements aligned to priorities.
• Maintain traceability from business needs to specs and tests.
• Produce BRD, FRD, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align needs with design.
• Develop functional flows and use cases aligned with architecture.
• Track requirements progress, quality, risks, readiness.
• Manage change requests and impact analysis.
• Collaborate with Product, Architecture, Engineering, QA, Security, and DevOps/SRE.
• Support Azure-based solution design and feasibility analyses.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement including AI capabilities.
• Support testing and UAT to ensure alignment.
