Swiss Re is seeking a Quality Engineer focused on automation in Madrid. You will own automation strategy, design and evolve advanced automated testing frameworks, and work with QA, SWE, and DevOps to raise testing standards across life and health insurance products.
You will contribute hands-on to QA initiatives, develop scalable test suites, and integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps, ensuring high-quality deliveries for end-clients. Hybrid work model and English CV apply.
Formación
- Hands-on test automation experience with CI/CD
- Experience standardizing QA processes across Agile teams
- Strong automation for UI, API, integration, and database layers
- UI automation with Playwright or Cypress
- API testing using REST Assured, Postman, or Bruno
- Java-based QA experience in enterprise environments
- Regression, integration, and end-to-end testing proficiency
- Experience with CI/CD platforms like Azure DevOps
Responsabilidades
- Contribute to design and evolution of automated testing frameworks
- Identify, report and troubleshoot defects with development teams
- Develop scalable test automation suites across multiple product lines
- Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines to improve reliability
- Write and enforce automated test scripts following coding standards
- Collaborate with DevOps and cloud teams to ensure infrastructure reliability
