Gameloft's Barcelona studio is seeking a Senior Digital Innovation & Product Strategy specialist to bridge strategic ambition and digital reality for key partnerships.

You will identify new digital opportunities, translate them into viable features, define MVP scopes, coordinate with UX, Tech and Production, and present data-driven go/no-go recommendations to strengthen client trust.

This is a full-time, hybrid role with a competitive salary package and social benefits, based in Barcelona.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in Digital Innovation, Product Strategy, or within a Digital Agency environment.
• Proven expertise in proposal development and pre-sales structuring.
• Experience collaborating effectively within cross-functional product teams.
• Previous exposure to AI-driven or interactive technologies is highly desirable.
• Experience working with prominent international brands is a significant advantage.
• Professional proficiency in English, with the ability to present complex ideas with clarity and impact.

Responsabilidades

• Analyse client ecosystem, brand strategy, and market trends to identify new digital opportunities, including AI-powered tools and phygital integrations.
• Structure innovation concepts into clear value propositions, with scope, milestones, budgets, and KPIs.
• Define hypotheses, MVP scopes, and validation frameworks to support pre-production.
• Coordinate prototype development with UX, Tech, and Production teams.
• Define success metrics with Data teams and provide data-driven go/no-go recommendations.
• Facilitate workshops and brainstorms to align strategic goals with production constraints.
• Support client discussions on future evolutions and present innovation concepts to strengthen trust.
