Roche is seeking aSenior Solution Architect to design business-driven, future-ready solutions for the Assets Insights team within RDT Digital Operations and Reliability. You will be the primary technical authority for the end-to-end architecture of global Software Asset Management platforms (on-prem and SaaS/SMP) and enterprise Showback mechanisms.

You will guide engineering teams, translate product requirements into scalable designs, manage technical debt, and maintain the multi-year SAM

• Demonstrated ability to design business-driven, future-ready solutions in complex contexts.
• Experience maintaining vision and roadmaps for multiple solutions and assessing impacts.
• Proven track record contributing to architecture practices and mentoring others.

Responsabilidades

• Designs scalable, standards-based solutions for SAM platforms; translates requirements into robust architectures.
• Lead architecture governance, ADRs, and vendor assessments; manage technical debt across platforms.
• Guide engineering teams, align with product and business priorities, and ensure performance and security of Showback data engines.
• Develop technology roadmaps, provide technical oversight, and evaluate new capabilities for value.
