Roche is seeking a Lead IT Expert - RDT ERP to bridge high-level architecture with operational service management. You will design scalable, standards-based ERP solutions in a complex, multi-product landscape and own end-to-end service delivery, vendor SLA compliance, and ongoing lifecycle management.

You will balance architectural purity with delivery speed, cost efficiency, and long-term service stability, while guiding cross-functional teams and stakeholders across the organization.

Formación

• Proven track record designing standards-based solutions in complex, multi-product environments.
• Mastery of data modeling, integration pathways, and NFR management.
• Experience leading architecture reviews and reducing technical debt.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-End Service Governance with SLAs, OLAs, and KPIs.
• Incident escalation, RCA, and CSI initiatives to improve service.
• Release coordination and alignment with ITSM processes and zero-downtime goals.
• Manage MSP contracts, vendor deliverables, and performance metrics.
