Murph Media Group in Madrid seeks an Art Director with 8-10 years of experience to lead creative teams and own the brands we work with. You’ll steer mood boards, layouts, and design systems while collaborating with clients and suppliers.

You will join a culture-driven agency; native Spanish and fluent English are essential, with strong project and budget awareness. The role is based in Madrid with on-site work expectations.

Formación

• Senior art/creative direction experience with fashion or lifestyle focus.
• Ability to lead teams of 5-6 designers and external collaborators.
• Native Spanish and high proficiency in English required.

Responsabilidades

• Sketching and brainstorming for creative projects.
• Proposing and creating mood boards.
• Organizing and managing department resources.
• Leading brainstorming and creative proposal sessions.
• Presenting ideas, pitches, and proposals to clients and suppliers.
• Assisting the creative director on set.
• Executing graphic design, video, and web design tasks.
• Proposing layouts, art direction, and spatial design.
• Preparing for and attending weekly management meetings.
• Team management and performance improvement plans.
• Maintaining and improving the project design system.
