Murph Media Group is seeking a Junior Digital Consultant to join its Madrid-based team. You’ll translate digital culture into insights, ideas and strategies for brands, supporting strategy development and client deliverables.

You’ll work with a +10 person Digital Team to shape client needs and a new creative line for the consulting area, turning trends into actionable plans and highly polished presentations.

Formación

• 1–2 years of experience in digital, strategy or consulting.
• Strong instinct for trends, beyond surface-level.
• Culturally aware and naturally curious.
• Clear and structured thinking.
• Based in Madrid or willing to relocate.
• Comfortable building decks in PowerPoint/Keynote/Google Slides.

Responsabilidades

• Support development of brand and digital strategies.
• Build and structure client presentations (strategy decks, research, concepts).
• Track and analyse cultural, digital and consumer trends (fashion, beauty & lifestyle).
• Translate insights into clear, actionable ideas.
• Contribute to content and campaign thinking from a strategic perspective.
• Work closely with consulting and digital teams across multiple projects.
