Serco is seeking a Senior Logistics Management Specialist to support ASC in Zagan, Poland within the GLASS team. The role requires a DoD Secret clearance, US citizenship, and 5+ years’ logistics/ acquisition experience with pre-award activities.

You will develop requirement packets, provide briefings and reports, analyze contractor proposals, and coordinate with government staff across multiple locations. Occasional travel and onsite work are required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 5+ years’ experience in U.S. Army logistics/acquisition activities or related work.
• High School Diploma with 10 years of related experience acceptable in lieu of degree.
• 5 years of experience with pre-award procurement activities such as requirements analysis, revisions to PW statements or specs, procurement/project planning/management, and tracking procurement activities.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain LOGCAP contract requirement packets and ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Provide recommendations to Branch Chief or requiring activity.
• Provide status reports and updates to Government on requirements and schedules.
• Offer technical assistance and briefings to customers and Government staff on requirements packets and reviews.
• Analyze contractor estimates/proposals in response to project planning requests and change proposals.
• Monitor theater logistical priorities through meetings and operations.
