Sonoco is seeking a Logistic Senior Sourcing Specialist for European Sourcing. The role focuses on logistics categories (transportation, warehousing, forklifts) across Poland, Germany and Belgium, with potential involvement in other indirect categories and European projects.

Responsibilities include defining sourcing strategies, leading RFPs and contract negotiations, and driving cost improvements while ensuring policy compliance and strong supplier partnerships. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Formación

• University degree in Procurement/Sourcing, Supply Chain, Business or Engineering
• 5+ years sourcing experience in indirect procurement
• Fluent in English and Polish; additional languages a plus

Responsabilidades

• Define and support the execution of Sourcing strategies
• Lead sourcing projects from RFPs to contracting and supplier relationship management
• Drive cost opportunities in partnership with the sourcing team
• Develop supplier partnerships through negotiation and capacity management
• Monitor supplier performance against agreed service levels
• Communicate complex information to internal stakeholders for decision-making
• Ensure compliance with policies and drive continuous improvement
