Vector Synergy is seeking an Agile Project Manager & Operations Specialist (IT Project Manager) to lead a multi-year modernization effort for the IT infrastructure. Based in La Spezia, Italy, you will join a project team and drive agile delivery, backlog management, and risk reporting.

You will coordinate RFI/RFP activities, ensure hardware and services procurement alignment, and guide day-to-day team work using agile practices. NATO Secret clearance is required.

Formación

• Experience managing complex IT projects acting as Project Manager, Product Owner, PMO function, IT governance.
• PMP experience or certification is a plus.
• Experience with international organizations or public sector.
• Experience with IT architecture, network and security.
• Stakeholder management and requirements elicitation.

Responsabilidades

Role

The selected candidate will be working as a key contributor to a multi-year project on modernization of the IT infrastructure of the center. The role involves working as an integral part of a project team and will be involved activities such as:

• Defining project plans and managing backlogs ;
• Monitoring project execution and progress ;
• Reporting on project status, risks, and key deliverables ;
• Coordinating and contributing to RFI and RFP documents for the procurement of IT hardware and services ;
• Managing day-to-day team activities through the application of Agile principles and organizing daily stand-up meetings .

Below is a description of the requirements for the profile

• Experience managing complex IT projects acting as Project Manager, Product Owner, PMO function, IT governance ;
• PMP experience, certification is considered a plus ;
• Experience working with international organization or public sector ;
• Experience with IT architecture, network and security ;
• Stakeholder management ;
• Requirement elicitation and Engineering ;
• Cross-functional team coordination .

In addition, the ideal candidate shall have

• Very good level of spoken and written English (SLP 3333) ;
• A minimum of six years of experience .
