Vector Synergy is seeking a Procurement Specialist to support its Procurement and Contracting Branch. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in procurement, particularly in technical and engineering fields, and be adept in contract negotiations and compliance with NATO regulations.

The position involves managing procurement processes, evaluating supplier offers, and conducting market research to ensure effective procurement practices. Fluency in English and certification from a recognized professional body are required.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in procurement methods and procedures.
• Understanding of public procurement best practices and contract law.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Support procurement and contracting branch head in acquiring technical components.
• Conduct sourcing and procurement of specialized goods and services.
• Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including RFPs and RFQs.
