Househam Henderson in Madrid, Spain seeks a Senior Architect to lead architectural design for large-scale data centre projects for international clients. You will guide technical development across all phases, manage teams, and ensure BIM excellence using Revit.

The role requires strong experience, C1 English, and ability to coordinate with global stakeholders in a high-performance environment. Hybrid work with office in Madrid.

Formación

• 5+ years leading large-scale architectural projects.
• Experience managing teams and coordinating complex technical work.
• Strong MEP coordination and regulatory documentation experience.
• Advanced BIM proficiency and Revit experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead architectural design for large-scale projects (Data Centres).
• Coordinate MEP and CSA disciplines across all phases.
• Oversee BIM processes and construction documentation.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and permits handling.
• Provide construction support as needed.
