Bryden Wood in Madrid (and Barcelona) seeks a Senior Mechanical / HVAC Engineer to lead the technical delivery of data centre and large-scale industrial projects. You will drive design from concept to construction and coordinate with Architecture, Structures, Civils and Sustainability to deliver compliant, innovative solutions.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Energy Engineering and at least four years’ data centre or mission-critical project experience in Spain.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial or Energy Engineering
• Minimum of four years’ professional experience, preferably in Data Centre or mission critical projects in Spain
• Experience producing and delivering official submissions to Colegio de Ingenieros and local authorities
• Solid experience on Large-Scale Industrial/Infrastructure projects
• Data Centre project experience valued
• Fluency in Spanish and English (full professional)

Responsabilidades

• Lead mechanical design across project stages from concept to construction.
• Coordinate with Architecture, Structures, Civils and Sustainability teams.
• Mentor junior engineers and liaise with senior management on escalations.
• Identify and specify mechanical equipment to meet project objectives, with focus on energy efficiency and reliability.
• Produce submissions and ensure compliance with Spanish regulations.
