Hyphen is seeking a Senior Architect in Madrid to lead end-to-end development of Retail projects for global brands. You will collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams across Hyphen offices, ensuring high design standards and technical accuracy.

The role requires 7+ years of experience, expertise in Revit and BIM, fluency in Spanish regulations and English, and strong stakeholder management. We offer a collaborative, multinational environment with hybrid working and ongoing

Formación

• Degree in Architecture.
• 7+ years of experience, ideally with a focus on Retail projects.
• Proven experience coordinating international projects and multicultural teams.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit (mandatory).
• Strong experience working in BIM environments.
• Excellent knowledge of Spanish building regulations and international standards.
• Ability to produce clear and detailed technical documentation (drawings, details, specifications).

Responsabilidades

• Support internal workflows and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead and coordinate the full development of Retail projects, from concept design through to delivery.
• Ensure high technical quality and consistency across all project phases.
• Produce, review, and manage BIM models and technical documentation using Revit at an advanced level.
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination between multidisciplinary teams across Hyphen’s international network.
• Manage client relationships, providing clear guidance and representing Hyphen in meetings and presentations.
• Ensure compliance with Spanish building regulations and applicable international standards.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, suppliers, and other project stakeholders.
• Identify risks and propose technical and operational solutions.
