BIORCE seeks a Principal Architect to lead the engineering organization across Data & Deployments, SaaS/Aika, and AI/Research from our Austin / Barcelona hub. Reporting to the CTO, this role defines multi-tenant, compliant architectures and drives safe scaling for a regulated environment.

You will partner with platform, research, and business teams to translate ambitious ideas into reliable, auditable systems, guiding team decisions and vendor conversations.

Formación

• Senior distributed-systems and SaaS architect with applied AI focus.

Responsabilidades

• Own architecture across Data & Deployments, SaaS/Aika, and AI/Research with clear boundaries.
• Architect the applied-AI layer, agent orchestration, retrieval-augmented generation, and tool-use safety.
• Establish LLM evaluation, observability, and cost-modelling in production.
• Set guardrails for multi-tenancy, data residency, and immutable audit.
• Write architecture decision records and standards for peers.
• Escalate cross-team design friction before it reaches the CTO.
• Represent BIORCE technically in supplier and partner engagements with major vendors.
