UST in Madrid seeks a skilled L3 Support Engineer with .NET and SQL experience to join a strategic banking project. The role is based in central Madrid with a hybrid work model (3 days at the office, 2 from home). English required; relocation possible.

You will tackle complex incidents and work with international teams. You will engage in incident management, RCA, and deployment support in Kubernetes, with on-call responsibilities.

Formación

• 3+ years in L3 application support or related roles in high-availability environments.
• Strong backend troubleshooting with .NET/C# and SQL.
• Experience with REST APIs, microservices, MQ/Kafka.
• Proficient in MSSQL and relational databases.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Windows/Linux, and on-call rotations.
• Experience with Dynatrace and Splunk is a plus; React exposure is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Act as L3 escalation point for critical production incidents.
• Perform root cause analysis with core development teams.
• Coordinate incident resolution and ensure timely service restoration.
• Participate in live incident calls and maintain situational awareness.
• Monitor and optimize distributed microservices and event streams.
• Maintain database integrity and debug performance using SQL.
• Participate in release management and deployment in Kubernetes.
• Join rotating 24/7 on-call schedule.
