Vanderlande is seeking a Senior Compliance Officer/Counsel - Anti-Corruption & Third-Party Integrity. Based in Barcelona, Madrid, or Lisbon, you will lead the global program and regional implementation, translating complex rules into practical policies, training and guidance across functions.

You will own business partner due diligence, drive risk assessments and KPIs, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to strengthen Vanderlande's anti-corruption framework worldwide.

Responsabilidades

• Own and further develop Vanderlande's Anti-Corruption framework, including policies, procedures and guidance.
• Lead implementation and continuous improvement of the Anti-Corruption program across functions and regions, incl. risk assessments, policies, controls, training.
• Act as central expert for integrity-related due diligence, red flags and complex cases.
• Translate legal and compliance requirements into practical guidance for the business.
• Support Sales, Procurement, Legal, Finance and Trade Compliance on intersecting matters.
