Vanderlande is seeking a Senior Compliance Officer/Counsel – Anti-Corruption & Third-Party Integrity to lead global and regional anti-corruption efforts. You will own the framework, drive due diligence of business partners, and align practices across functions and regions, reporting to the Executive Director Ethics, Risk & Compliance.

The role combines policy, training, and practical guidance with hands-on delivery and stakeholder engagement across Europe and LATAM, in a pivotal compliance

Formación

• Typically, 6-10 years of relevant experience in anti-corruption, integrity or compliance roles within an international organization.
• Experience with Business Partner Due Diligence processes and third-party risk mitigation.

Responsabilidades

• Own and further develop the Anti-Corruption framework, policies, procedures and guidance.
• Lead implementation of the program across functions and regions, including risk assessments, controls, training and awareness activities.
• Act as regional compliance lead for South Europe & LATAM, ensuring consistent application of standards.
