Impala Terminals Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Compliance Officer based in Madrid. This crucial role involves supporting the compliance programme across various geographies, ensuring the organization adheres to all applicable laws and regulations.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Compliance Officer and contribute to implementing and improving compliance protocols. A Bachelor's degree and fluency in Spanish and English are required, along with compliance experience in logistics or trading environments.

Formación

• 1-2 years of proven experience in compliance, ethics, or a related field.
• Knowledge of ABAC, AML, Sanctions, and Anti-Trust regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams concurrently.

Responsabilidades

• Support the implementation of the Compliance Programme.
• Provide compliance guidance on day-to-day matters.
• Conduct enhanced due diligence on third parties.
