Job summary

Cigna seeks a Provider Contracting Senior Analyst to support development, negotiation, implementation, and management of healthcare provider agreements across Eastern European markets.

The role blends contracting, commercial analysis, network development, and provider relationship management, working with Network management leadership and internal stakeholders to strengthen coverage, optimize terms, and ensure accurate implementation.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare contracting and negotiations.
• Ability to develop meaningful business metrics and monitor results.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in at least one Eastern European language is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead provider contracting activities across Eastern European markets.
• Negotiate tariffs, discounts, and payment terms with hospitals and clinics.
• Support contract renewals, amendments, and terminations.
• Analyze claims data and commercial performance to support negotiations.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Network and Operations teams.
