  • Partner with Legal and other stakeholders on contractual issues and ensure agreements follow internal governance and approval requirements
Network Development
  • Analyze existing network coverage and identify geographic, specialty, or access gaps.
  • Identify and prioritize providers for direct contracting based on member needs, utilization, claims spend, network requirements, and commercial opportunity.
  • Support network expansion and provider replacement initiatives across the assigned region.
  • Monitor market developments and provider consolidation that may affect network strategy.
  • Contribute to country-level network strategies and recommendations.
Commercial & Data Analysis
  • Analyse provider claims, utilization, tariffs, cost per claim, discount performance, and other relevant commercial indicators.
  • Develop business cases and financial assessments to support negotiations and contracting decisions.
  • Compare provider proposals against existing arrangements, market benchmarks, and alternative network options.
  • Track savings, commercial improvements, network expansion, and other contracting outcomes.
  • Translate complex provider and claims data into clear recommendations for management.
Provider Relationship Management
  • Develop professional relationships with key providers and external partners across assigned markets.
  • Act as a point of contact for contracting-related provider discussions and escalations.
  • Support resolution of issues relating to contractual terms, tariffs, billing arrangements, or implementation.
  • Maintain regular engagement with priority providers and identify opportunities to improve collaboration and member access.
Contract Implementation & Governance
  • Coordinate implementation of newly signed or amended agreements with relevant operational teams.
  • Ensure agreed tariffs, discounts, contractual terms, and provider information are accurately captured in relevant systems and processes.
  • Maintain appropriate contracting documentation and records.
