Job summary

Cigna Health and Life Insurance Company is seeking a Provider Contracting Senior Analyst to support development, negotiation, implementation, and ongoing management of healthcare provider agreements across Eastern European markets. The role combines contracting, commercial analysis, network development, and relationships management to strengthen coverage and improve terms.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of high-priority healthcare providers and market players in the assigned region.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Proficiency in English and at least one Eastern European language.
• Ability to define objectives, plans, priorities, and deliver results.
• Strong data analytics mindset and ability to translate data into recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Manage provider contracting activities across Eastern European markets from engagement to implementation.
• Lead negotiations with hospitals, clinics, and other providers when appropriate.
• Review and negotiate tariffs, discounts, payment terms, and billing arrangements.
• Support renewals, amendments, and termination strategies; collaborate with Legal on governance.
• Develop and monitor network strategies, identify gaps, and prioritize direct contracting opportunities.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across Network, Claims, Finance, Legal, and Operations.
