Job summary

Mercor is seeking a Human Resources Expert, Spanish (Spain) - AI Training to train and evaluate AI agents on realistic HR tasks. This remote contract role requires native or fluent Spanish and strong HR experience.

You will build workspaces and files to simulate real HR environments, write prompts and grading rubrics, and collaborate with AI research teams to improve task accuracy. Duration: Oct 23 to Nov 19, 21 hours/week.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR (business partnering, employee relations, compensation, or talent).
• Native or fluent in Spanish.
• Degree from a top-20 university in Spain.
• Knowledge of the Estatuto de los Trabajadores, collective agreements, Social Security, and Spanish payroll.
