SIX is forming a dedicated team to shape AI-driven software testing at scale. You will architect guardrails for agentic development, including test automation, coverage enforcement, and independent verification of AI-generated code and tests.

The role focuses on building scalable tooling and infrastructure that enable safe, auditable AI-driven software delivery across the company, with a hybrid work model and ongoing learning opportunities.

Formación

• 6+ years in software engineering with deep, hands-on expertise in test automation.
• Familiarity with agentic AI architectures and harness design.
• Strong knowledge of test pyramids, coverage strategies, and mutation testing.

Responsabilidades

• Build test automation as a platform capability across unit, integration, and end-to-end layers.
• Develop and operate the AI agent harness with CI/CD integration and traceability.
• Own the independent review layer for AI-generated code and tests in CI/CD pipelines.
