Grupo Oesía is seeking a Senior AI Software Engineer to join a major Madrid project in a hybrid work model. You will develop AI-driven software, design SDD architectures, and build multi-agent systems, leveraging LLMs and related tooling.

Strong Python skills and experience with Java and/or Angular are expected, along with CI/CD practices. You will work on end-to-end testing, quality assurance, and collaborate across teams to deliver innovative solutions for national and international clients.

Formación

• 2-4 years of experience in software development and AI.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and token cost optimization.
• Experience with LLM APIs, structured prompting, tool use, and context management.

Responsabilidades

• Develop AI-driven software solutions.
• Design and implement Spec-Driven Development (SDD) architectures.
• Build and orchestrate multi-agent systems.
• Integrate and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Develop solutions using LLM APIs, prompting, and tool integrations.
• Ensure software quality through E2E and smoke testing.
• Collaborate on the continuous improvement of development processes and solutions.
