EPAM Systems in Madrid, Spain, is seeking a Senior ML Engineer to design, build, and deploy scalable ML/AI solutions for a leading financial institution. The role spans concept to production in an agile, DevOps-driven environment, with a focus on LLMs, multi-agent workflows, and enterprise data grounding.

The ideal candidate has strong Python skills, experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch, and a track record in deploying ML solutions and MLOps.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, CS, Math, Stats, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role.
• Strong Python programming with ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience deploying LLMs and orchestration frameworks.
• Knowledge of multi-agent workflows and agentic systems.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, deploy, and optimize machine learning and AI solutions.
• Build and integrate multi-agent systems and enable AI models with function/tool calling capabilities.
• Design and maintain RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems grounded in enterprise data.
• Integrate and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) for performance and reliability.
• Optimize agentic workflows for production with safety and accuracy.
• Evaluate system performance using robust metrics and evaluation sets.
• Collaborate with data engineers, platform teams, and data scientists to integrate ML solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and debugging to ensure quality and maintainability.
• Ensure compliance with software development best practices across version control, testing, and documentation.
