UST is seeking an AI Engineer with a strong software engineering and DevOps/MLOps background to join a global project for a leading wealth management client. Hybrid work in Madrid, 3 days in office; English required, Spanish desirable.

You will lead AI integrations, build scalable AI solutions, and ensure security and observability across platforms while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Hands-on experience integrating Machine Learning and Generative AI into production systems.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, containers, and APIs.
• Experience building or supporting LLM, RAG, and AI-powered automation solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the integration of AI capabilities into enterprise software delivery platforms.
• Collaborate with AI Product Engineers and platform teams to deliver high-impact AI use cases.
• Design, prototype, and deploy LLM-based and Retrieval-Augmented Generation solutions.
