Grupo Oesía is seeking a Senior AI Software Engineer to join a major Madrid project in a hybrid work model. You will develop AI-driven software, design SDD architectures, and build multi-agent systems, leveraging LLMs and related tooling.

Strong Python skills and experience with Java and/or Angular are expected, along with CI/CD practices. You will work on end-to-end testing, quality assurance, and collaborate across teams to deliver innovative solutions for national and international clients.

Formación

• 2-4 years of experience in software development and AI.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and token cost optimization.
• Experience with LLM APIs, structured prompting, tool use, and context management.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement Spec-Driven Development (SDD) architectures.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in software development and AI.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and token cost optimization.
• Experience with LLM APIs, structured prompting, tool use, and context management.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with Java and/or Angular.
• Knowledge of Git, pull requests, and CI/CD practices.
• Experience designing and executing E2E and smoke tests.
