Job summary

Amaris Consulting is seeking an AI Security Engineer to join an international, agile team. The role is fully remote in Spain and requires fluent English. You will secure AI solutions, collaborate with AI engineering teams and translate security risks into actionable controls and standards.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in cybersecurity and at least 1 year with AI-focused security, including threat modelling and secure development practices. Multidisciplinary teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Cybersecurity or related field.
• At least 1 year hands-on with AI solutions.
• Knowledge of ML, Generative AI, RAG, and Agentic AI.
• Experience in security architecture, threat modelling and secure SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Translate AI security risks into practical controls and architecture patterns.
• Conduct AI security assessments, threat modelling and testing.
• Collaborate with dev, platform and cybersecurity teams to embed controls.
• Define security requirements for AI apps, data, models and identities.
• Support secure AI engineering processes and best practices.
• Implement monitoring, incident readiness and risk mitigation for AI environments.
• Stay current with AI security trends and technologies.
