Job summary

Amaris Consulting | Part of Mantu is seeking a hands-on Cibersecurity Engineer to join an international team. The role focuses on securing AI solutions, collaborating with AI Engineering teams, and implementing security controls for AI applications in a fully remote setup within Spain.

Fluency in English is required. You will translate AI security risks into practical security standards, conduct security assessments and threat modelling, and work with cross-functional teams to embed security

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Cybersecurity or related field.
• At least 1 year hands-on with AI solutions.
• Understanding of ML, Generative AI, RAG, and Agentic AI architectures.
• Experience in security architecture, threat modelling, secure SDLC, cloud security, IAM, and secrets management.
• Familiarity with AI security risks, testing, and development pipeline controls.
• Experience performing security assessments, architecture reviews, and security testing.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Translate AI security risks into practical security controls, standards, and architecture patterns.
• Conduct AI security assessments, architecture reviews, threat modelling, and security testing for AI/ML solutions.
• Collaborate with development, platform, and cybersecurity teams to integrate security controls into AI applications and cloud environments.
• Define security requirements for AI applications, models, data, identities, and integrations.
• Support the implementation of secure AI engineering processes and security best practices.
• Implement monitoring, incident readiness, and risk mitigation controls for AI environments.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in AI Security and Generative AI.
