Job summary

Ayvens seeks an experienced AI Technical Lead to provide hands-on MLOps leadership and define scalable AI solutions across the organization. You will guide architecture, tooling, security, and production readiness while coordinating with Data Science, AI Engineering, and Infrastructure teams.

The ideal candidate combines deep MLOps expertise with strategic thinking, strong communication, and the ability to drive adoption of standardized patterns across international environments.

Qualifications

• Senior MLOps and AI platform leadership with hands-on delivery experience.
• Strong knowledge of security, privacy and regulatory requirements in enterprise AI.
• Experience defining target architectures and roadmaps under constraints.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for AI and data science initiatives and set architecture patterns.
• Lead evolution of AI platform including MLOps, LLMOps, Azure AI services and Databricks.
• Assess MLOps capacity, staffing and collaboration across multiple teams.
• Design and assure operationalization layers: packaging, APIs, serving endpoints, pipelines.
• Establish CI/CD, testing, observability, versioning, and recovery practices.
• Coach MLOps and platform specialists and promote reusable patterns.
