Super Technologies in Europe is seeking an AI Platform Engineer to 디자인 and build core AI infrastructure across The Playstack platform. You will own end-to-end services on a Kubernetes-based cloud platform, enabling product and engineering teams to deploy AI-powered workflows.

We are looking for senior engineers with strong cloud, distributed systems, and security fundamentals who can mentor others and raise engineering standards across the organisation.

Formación

• 4+ years of software engineering experience building full-stack or backend-heavy product systems.
• 3+ years of cloud infrastructure experience, including Kubernetes, infrastructure-as-code, and networking.
• Credible experience leveraging AI tools (agents, SDKs, coding assistants) to augment developer productivity.
• Strong fundamentals in distributed systems, API design, security, and operational excellence.
• Bias towards simplicity, paved paths, and building infrastructure that others can safely build on.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and operate general-purpose AI platform infrastructure, including MCP gateways, internal agentic platform, context engineering services, and SDKs.
• Build secure, governed data-access and identity layers with proper access controls and observability.
• Develop developer-facing tooling and paved paths for building, deploying, and observing AI-powered workflows.
• Own services end to end from architecture through deployment, monitoring, and on-call operation on a Kubernetes-based cloud platform.
• Define infrastructure using IaC and improve platform reliability, networking, and performance.
• Partner with product, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure platform safety and production readiness.
• Set engineering standards and mentor others to multiply AI adoption across the organization.
