Super is seeking an AI Platform Engineer to build core AI infrastructure powering agent development across the company. You will design and operate the general-purpose platform, including MCP gateways, internal agentic platform, context services, and SDKs, on a Kubernetes-based cloud environment.

You will own services end‑to‑end, codify infrastructure with IaC, and collaborate with product, security, and infra teams to ensure safety, compliance, and production-readiness across multiple product

Formación

• 4+ years of software engineering experience building backend or full-stack systems.
• 3+ years of meaningful cloud infrastructure experience with Kubernetes and IaC.
• Practical experience using AI tools, agents, SDKs to boost developer productivity.
• Strong fundamentals in distributed systems, API design, security, and operability.
• Bias toward building simple, safe, and scalable infrastructure.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and operate general-purpose AI platform infrastructure, including gateways and SDKs.
• Develop secure data-access, identity layers with auditing and observability.
• Create developer-facing tooling to enable product and engineering teams to ship AI-powered workflows.
• Own services end to end from architecture to deployment and on-call operation on a Kubernetes-based cloud platform.
• Define infrastructure as code and improve platform reliability and performance.
• Collaborate with product, security, and infra teams to ensure safety and production-readiness.
• Mentor others and drive adoption of AI across the organization.
