Wolters Kluwer is seeking a Senior Product Software Engineer - AI Native to own software solutions from discovery through production. Translate customer and business needs into secure, scalable software while applying AI-assisted techniques and high standards for quality and security.

You will collaborate with product, design, architecture, operations, security, and business stakeholders to shape solutions, drive continuous improvement, and ensure operational readiness across platforms.

Formación

• Education (Required): Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
• Work Experience (Required): 4-6 years of relevant experience in product software engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Own software solutions from discovery through production, translating requirements into sustainable outcomes.
• Analyze ambiguous requirements, clarify objectives, evaluate alternatives, and determine solution strategies.
• Design, develop, test, implement, maintain, and improve software applications, services, and platforms with AI-assisted approaches.
• Apply AI-assisted techniques while validating outputs and maintaining accountability for architecture, quality, security, and operational readiness.
• Document requirements, design approaches, acceptance criteria, dependencies, risks, and implementation considerations.
• Determine testing and validation strategies based on complexity and risk.
