What You'll Do

• Lead cross‑functional teams (consultants, engineers, DS, designers…) in solving clients' most pressing AI transformation challenges
• Act as the key link between client stakeholders, consulting teams, and technical delivery squads, ensuring alignment across workstreams and translating business needs into actionable solutions
• Deploy BCG's proprietary GenAI and agentic AI assets
• Drive end‑to‑end program delivery across AI transformation initiatives ensuring quality, scope, and timelines
• Work across regulated, high‑impact sectors – from scaling flagship GenAI use cases at a leading hospital group (clinical‑pathway adherence, medical imaging optimization, patient‑service virtual agent) to leading AI‑first operating‑model redesign for Power & Utilities clients across customer, network and corporate functions
• Engage and cultivate trust with high‑level clients, shaping and delivering compelling data‑driven narratives and vision‑setting
• Champion professional growth within your team, fostering an inclusive culture of mentorship, continuous learning, and feedback

What You'll Bring

• At least 7 years of work experience in top‑tier consulting firms or leading technology and digital transformation companies through AI‑enabled solutions in areas such as operations, customer engagement or sales (e.g., virtual agents, process automation, sales order processing)
• Proven experience delivering business value through transformation projects with a significant technical component
• At least 2 years of demonstrated expertise in project management and leadership, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple project demands
• Proven ability to build relationships and manage clients across different levels of seniority
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills to develop transformative, AI‑driven solutions
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills to engage and align cross‑functional and multidisciplinary teams
• Some technical knowledge of AI or software development
• Commitment to inclusivity, developing others, and fostering an environment of mutual trust and respect
• Fluency in Spanish and English
