eDreams ODIGEO seeks a Lead Engineer – Front End & AI to guide a cross-functional team and shape AI-powered travel experiences for millions of customers. The role focuses on optimizing funnel, conversion and revenue through personalization, with a hybrid setup in Barcelona or Milan.

You’ll collaborate with product, data science and UX, drive ML adoption, and ensure high engineering standards while growing the team and delivering customer-impactful features.

Formación

• Proven experience leading engineers in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on with ML/AI in product problems and production systems.
• Experience building distributed systems and REST APIs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a high-performing team of backend and frontend web engineers.
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and UX designers to deliver features.
• Drive the adoption of ML models and personalization frameworks into customer-facing features.
• Ensure engineering quality through design and code reviews and tests.
• Mentor engineers and align with other teams for delivery cadence.
