Leadtech Group seeks a skilled Full-Stack Developer to build and scale AI products. You’ll own features end-to-end across a modern Next.js frontend and NestJS backend, delivering a seamless user experience.

You will work with a ship-fast team, implementing a robust, scalable architecture using TypeScript, Prisma, PostgreSQL, and cloud services. This role offers remote or Barcelona office flexibility and opportunities to push AI capabilities forward.

Formación

• Proficient in TypeScript across frontend and backend.
• Strong React and Next.js (App Router) experience.
• Experience building REST APIs with NestJS.
• Good PostgreSQL and Prisma knowledge.
• Experience integrating third-party SDKs and APIs.
• Able to own features end-to-end and collaborate with product managers.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain Next.js frontend features with TypeScript.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs using NestJS.
• Own backend services from schema design to deployment.
• Integrate third-party SDKs and APIs for core flows.
• Build AI agents using Claude SDK and MCP.
• Work with Prisma and PostgreSQL, migrations, and data modeling.
• Implement feature flags, A/B experiments, and analytics events.
• Collaborate with AI product managers to translate requirements into scalable features.
• Contribute to deployment and cloud infrastructure.
