Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to own end-to-end deployments of agentic AI for enterprise customers. You’ll lead architecture decisions, drive production-grade delivery, and mentor other engineers to raise the bar on engineering standards.

You’ll work with Deployment Strategists, integrate LLM tooling, and leverage Data 360, Snowflake, and Databricks to deliver scalable AI solutions. Travel ~25% is expected.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience.
• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proficient in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex; fluent in others.
• Deep Salesforce platform expertise: Agentforce, Apex, LWC, Flows, APIs.
• Experience integrating LLMs into production.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end build and deployment of agentic AI solutions for Salesforce's most strategic customers.
• Design and ship agentic systems on the Agentforce platform: agent logic, tool calls, multi-agent orchestration.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews, pair sessions, and shared work.
• Surface field insights to Product and Engineering and translate business challenges into agentic solutions.
