Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to own end-to-end delivery of agentic AI solutions for our most strategic customers. You will design and ship agentic systems on the Agentforce platform, handle data lifecycle, and mentor engineers while collaborating with Deployment Strategists to shape AI strategy.

You bring 6+ years of software delivery, fluency in Python/JS/Java/Apex, and hands-on experience with LangChain/LlamaIndex.

Qualifications

6+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience.
Degree in Computer Science or related field.
Expert in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex.
Experience integrating LLMs into production with LangChain or LlamaIndex.
Experience with data modeling/processing on Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake or Databricks.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end build and deployment of agentic AI solutions for Salesforce's strategic customers.
Design and ship agentic systems on the Agentforce platform with multi-agent orchestration.
Own data lifecycle including model design and data readiness for AI applications.
Develop proofs-of-concept and MVPs quickly and responsibly.
Mentor engineers through code reviews and pair sessions.
Surface field insights to Product and Engineering to guide roadmaps.
