Allianz Technology, Barcelona, seeks a Senior AI Engineer to accelerate AI-first engineering, agentic AI and Spec-Driven Development (SDD) across BMP Retail. You will design AI-enabled solutions, define domain models and API contracts, and drive automation throughout the software delivery lifecycle.

Formación

• University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI or related field with 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, TypeScript or JavaScript, with AI-assisted development experience.
• Hands-on AI technologies experience: LLMs, embeddings, RAG, prompt engineering and AI evaluation methodologies.
• Experience with Spec-Driven Development (SDD) or Contract-First Design using OpenAPI/JSON Schema/Protobufs.
• Cloud-native solution design in Azure/AWS/OCI, including CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of API-First Design, Event-Driven Architecture, Hexagonal Architecture and microservices.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to translate business needs into solution requirements and success criteria.
• Design end-to-end AI-enabled solutions with robust domain models, APIs and data schemas.
• Drive Spec-Driven Development to enable AI-assisted generation, validation, testing and documentation.
• Develop and integrate AI-powered tools, agents and orchestrators across the software lifecycle.
• Design secure integrations with internal APIs, databases and enterprise services with governance in mind.
• Deliver scalable backend services, APIs and data layers to support BMP Retail products.
• Improve AI agents, prompts, evaluation frameworks and guardrails for higher quality outcomes.
• Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews and testing activities across agile teams for continuous delivery.
• Contribute to feasibility assessments, effort estimation and technical decision-making.
• Promote engineering excellence through documentation, automation and knowledge sharing.
