ERNI - Swiss Software Engineering in Madrid is looking for an experienced professional to build AI Agents that will transform digital product design. You will have hands-on experience in implementing LLM-based applications using Python, working closely with UX Designers, while enjoying a hybrid work model.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with various teams, develop AI solutions, and contribute to innovative design initiatives. A strong command of English and experience in Design, UX, and Accessibility environments will be advantageous.

Join our expert team to work on an innovative Design initiative, contributing to the development of AI-powered assistants that improve accessibility and productivity across digital product design. You will apply your knowledge of Generative AI, Python, and LLMs to build intelligent workflows that support designers from the earliest stages of product development.

With people. Besides your team and manager, you will have several support figures like a godparent, who will help you with the practical and administrative aspects of daily life during your first 6 months.

And the second most important person after you, your mentor, who will guide you through your entire onboarding and career at ERNI. You will have regular 1:1 meetings with them, and recurrently, you will work on your development plan to define your short-, medium-, and long-term goals.

What you will bring

• Hands‑on experience building AI Agents and LLM‑based applications using Python.
• Strong knowledge of LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI or similar AI frameworks.
• Experience working with Claude or other modern Large Language Models and Prompt Engineering techniques.
• Ability to collaborate closely with UX Designers and non‑technical stakeholders to translate business needs into AI solutions.
• Advanced English. Experience working with Design, UX, Accessibility or Figma environments is considered a strong advantage.

You will be responsible for designing and developing AI Agents and intelligent workflows while collaborating closely with UX Designers and Accessibility Specialists. You will prototype AI solutions using LLMs, evaluate the most suitable technical approach, integrate AI capabilities with design tools where applicable.

We ask you to be available for key meetings. Need to leave for a doctor’s appointment or to pick up your child from school? No problem. We trust you to deliver quality work within your 40‑hour workweek.

Our model is hybrid: we usually go to the office 2 days a week, though this depends on the project and team, but we love seeing each other’s faces; the best stories always happen in the office!
