Longtail is seeking a backend-focused full-stack engineer to help build Sightline, its conversational analytics and intelligent alerting product, from beta to production-ready scale. You will own features end to end, from understanding customer problems and designing solutions to deploying them and supporting them in production, with a focus on secure, observable, and explainable AI-driven workflows.
