Accenture Madrid seeks an Analytics and Modeling Manager / B&A Excellence Advisor to drive data-driven insights for Commercial/Sales Excellence. You will own end-to-end dashboards, scorecards, and reporting solutions, applying Agentic AI tools and strong BI analytics to inform leadership decisions.

You should have 8-12 years of experience, fluent English, and be able to lead cross-functional teams while ensuring data quality and timely delivery within a hybrid work model at Accenture.

Formación

• 8–12 years’ experience, fluent in English.
• Eligibility to work in Spain (visa/work permit) and live in Madrid.
• Experience delivering dashboards, scorecards, and reporting solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in ambiguous environments.
• Ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.

Responsabilidades

• Act as SME in business reporting and analytics to generate actionable insights.
• Drive innovation in data analysis using advanced tools and visualization techniques.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of analytical outputs, including dashboards and scorecards.
• Ensure data accuracy, timeliness, and quality through QA processes and peer reviews.
