The Agile Monkeys is a boutique AI firm delivering production AI systems for regulated industries across the US, Latam, Europe and the GCC. You will lead a senior pod embedded in a large enterprise engagement, driving discovery and turning opportunities into production AI solutions.

You’ll work across complex environments, moving between technologies and domains, making technical decisions, owning outcomes beyond code, and leveraging AI tools to increase team leverage.

Formación

• Strong software engineer with deep, hands-on experience building with modern AI.
• Shipped real systems and owned outcomes beyond the code personally written.
• Comfort moving between technologies, codebases and domains.

Responsabilidades

• Understand the problem by diving into client workflows, systems and constraints.
• Identify where AI can remove meaningful work or unlock new capabilities.
• Lead the pod technically, set direction and make calls when needed.
• Turn ambiguity into buildable technical approaches and production plans.
• Stay hands-on and work with unfamiliar systems to drive productive outcomes.
• Collaborate with clients, explain decisions and focus on measurable impact.
