Provectus is seeking seasoned engineers to embed with client teams and deliver production-grade AI solutions. You will write Python across AI integrations and RESTful APIs, design robust architectures, and own technical direction from discovery to delivery.

Responsibilities include leading architecture reviews, mentoring engineers, and contributing to standards across the Python practice. Remote-first within Europe with flexible hours.

Formación

• 7+ years building and running production systems.
• Production experience with RAG systems and LLM based agentic workflows.
• Backend development experience with Flask, Django REST, or FastAPI.
• Experience with AWS (SageMaker, Bedrock, Lambda, ECS, S3, SQS, ECR).
• Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or AWS Bedrock).
• Strong Python proficiency including OOP and design patterns.
• Comfortable owning direct communication with client stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Embed with the client team for the length of the engagement and work inside their environment.
• Write clean production-grade Python across AI integrations and RESTful APIs.
• Design, build, and optimize RAG systems running in production.
• Own system design and architectural decisions for the engagement.
• Lead architecture reviews and produce technical design documents.
• Mentor engineers and lead code reviews.
