Qualifications

• 8+ years leading AI, data science, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Proven success building high-performing teams and large-scale transformation.
• Experience scaling AI/ML from concept to production.
• Strong ability to drive value across product development, manufacturing, operations, or supply chain.
• Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in specialty chemicals or manufacturing preferred.
