Lubrizol Corporation seeks an accomplished AI leader to drive culture change and transform analytics across the organization in a hybrid Barcelona-based role. You will guide AI strategy, build capabilities, and partner with global teams to accelerate innovation and measurable business impact.

The role requires an advanced degree and 8+ years of experience in AI/data science within industrial settings, with a track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering scalable AI solutions.

Formación

Advanced degree in Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Chemistry, Materials Science or related discipline.
8+ years leading AI, data science, analytics or digital transformation initiatives.

Responsabilidades

Lead culture change and team transformation across global teams.
Lead statistics, data science and enterprise AI enablement.
Oversee innovation and modernization of product development platforms (Q.LIFE®).
Expand enterprise AI impact across operations and supply chain.
Develop and mentor a multidisciplinary AI/digital transformation team.
