AstraZeneca plc in Europe (Barcelona) is seeking a Senior Director, AI Commercial Business Partner to lead AI-enabled commercial programs across Europe & Canada. You will translate business needs into AI use cases, drive adoption, and ensure value delivery at scale.

You'll partner with regional leadership and enterprise IT to shape roadmaps, governance, and data strategy while maintaining strong stakeholder engagement and delivering measurable outcomes for patients and the business.

Formación

• Substantial proven experience leading transformation programs in commercial pharma (Essential).
• Strong analytical and communication skills across matrixed organizations (Essential).
• Experience translating business needs into AI use cases and delivering measurable value (Essential).
• MBA, MD, PhD or equivalent business/technical background desirable (Desirable).

Responsabilidades

• Define AI program strategy and roadmap in collaboration with regional leaders.
• Own lifecycle of AI solutions from ideation to deployment and adoption.
• Partner with Enterprise AI, Commercial IT and Global Services to deliver scaled AI programs.
• Establish governance, data readiness and KPI tracking for AI initiatives.
