Xenon7 is seeking an Agentforce AI Maestro to join our elite European advisory roster. This fractional role blends Salesforce architecture with advanced LLM engineering to lead technical discovery, design agentic workflows, and oversee production deployments for enterprise clients across Europe.

In this advisory capacity, the role focuses on high-leverage engagements and project-based execution, with potential to evolve into a full-time principal position as engagements scale.

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce engineering and architecture experience.
• At least 2 meaningful production or advanced pre-production Agentforce implementations.
• Based in Europe with strong alignment with European enterprise hours.
• Clear understanding of LLM architectures, context window management, function calling, and evaluation frameworks.
• Experience with REST APIs, data integration, and security best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Design end-to-end agentic architectures and workflows.
• Lead technical discovery with European enterprise stakeholders.
• Oversee production deployments and security guardrails.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams across EU clients.
